PUHOI DESCENDANTS TO CELEBRATE 150 YEARS
                  
If anyone is interested in being on the 150th committee (2013) There is a meeting in Puhoi at the pub on Tuesday 16th feb at lunchtime, all interested parties are welcome. 
We need decendants to represent this function!

With only 3 years to go, we also need to start getting the word out and letting people know. 

This Year, due to a decline in numbers attending our annual Waikato culture day, and the fact that dates are not suitable for members and hall hire, it seem as though we are directed to move back with joining in with Puhoi celebrations in June. This actually would fit in well with the fact that we are trying to generate interest in descendants making the annual trek back to Puhoi in preperation for the 150th celebrations in 2013. 
There are plans on getting a bus to help with travel, you will need to make contact if you would like to get a ride, costs can only be worked out closer to the time when we have numbers.
